Biana's yoga class is an enchanting and uplifting journey designed to nourish and challenge through song, spirit and sweat. Biana came to the mat in 2003 after years of playing competitive tennis. The rigorous sequence she offers in her yoga classes is inter-woven with the spiritual wisdom that Biana gained from her studies at Oneness University (Chennai, India) since 2010. Besides being a certified yoga instructor, Biana works as a licensed clinical therapist and through her company, Oneness Center Inc., she has assisted the personal and spiritual growth of hundreds of people through workshops and individual care.
